Possibly Pregnant?

Can the Depo Provera mimic pregnancy perfectly? I took two home tests both came back negative I took a test at a clinic that came back negative and recently I was told I have "the glow" I've had a lot of this pregnancy symptoms but I am unsure if I could be because of the negatives and the Depo Provera.

I don't think I am but I'm sick of the symptoms and hearing about how I could be or no matter how many times I just say it's side effects, but I do think it's awfully weird that I started getting the symptoms just two months ago when it should of affected me earlier, thank you very much for the help ^^

The first blood test will tell you if you're pregnant (if the level is over 20miu that is a confirmed pregnancy).  The second test (if you have it) will tell you whether the foetus is growing at the right speed.  If it's not growing or growing very slowly that suggests a major problem.  I'm not sure how far along you think you might be, but generally they won't do the repeat test after about 10w because the levels actually start to drop.

If the blood test comes back positive you would need to have an ultrasound to try to find out when you conceived and when you are due.

I'll take a blood test just to make sure, but also here just to make sure they can take another blood test after a week I was given a link about blood tests.http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/blood-pregnancy-test.html . A friend gave me that link. Thank you for the advice ^^ . The great thing is I'm not really nauseous anymore I think the Depo should no longer be given to women.

It's true that if you take a test too early it will be negative because your hcg levels are too low.  But generally if your hcg levels are high enough to cause symptoms, they are high enough to get a positive result.

Painful legs and hips and backpain would only be caused by pregnancy once the baby is heavy enough to cause discomfort - which would be well into 2nd trimester.  By that stage you would have a visible bump.  Likewise "the glow" is generally a 'symptom' in the 2nd trimester after the vomiting and exhaustion of trimester 1 has ended.  It definitely isn't an indicator of pregnancy though.

I've been on the Depo for about 6 months now and it only started doing the symptoms 2 months ago nothing like this has ever happened until the 2 months and I didn't get a blood test yet, I have more than just the general symptoms associated with pregnancy that you stated, I also found out that some blood test can come back negative if it's not on the right HCG level or something along those lines. I already decided I wasn't pregnant but what made me slightly curious I was told I had "the glow". Is hips hurting legs hurting and lower back hurting a side effect of the depo?

If your blood test was negative I would assume you're not pregnant.  It is very, very common for women to think they are pregnant because the symptoms (sore boobs, tiredness, hunger, nausea) are very general and can easily be caused by something else (or are just psychosomatic).  Unless your uterus starts growing above your pubic bone or you get a positive test, I wouldn't worry.
