I started bleeding and cramping 24 hours after I came off the pill and I am on day 4 now since I stopped the pill. I have bled lots for the past 3 days. Should I be concerned?

I got pregnant on the pill, never missed a day, never too medication with it. Its not full proof, 1 in 100 women will get pregnant on the pill every year so its not impossible. And 3 weeks can be too early, so no it might not be accurate. Some womens hcg hormones are a lower level for longer, therefore they don't show up on tests for several weeks. I've known women who took one at 3 weeks and it said negative and again at 5 and it was a clear positive. If you missed your period, I would go to the drs and take a test there. If you got your period and it was normal I wouldn't worry about it

Also the test was an early detection test and said it was 99% accurate.

There may have been Precum, but he did not ejaculate in me. I am on my 7 day break now and started bleeding 24 hours after I stopped the pill. The test was negative.

If you are on birth control, I doubt you are pregnant....but the test...I doubt would be accurate without knowing when you ovulated

It should be. I fell pregnant between the 10th & 14th of October and got 3 positive tests on the 26th October.
Some tests may give false negatives or not detect as early as others so perhaps a blood test if you think you're pregnant but keep getting negative urine tests.
