Pregnancy? or something else?

Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me answer whether I'm dealing with a possible pregnancy or something else. But to make you understand my situation a little better, here's a little history first:

I'm 34. I was put on Depo shot about in January 2010. Because of bad side affects, I got off the shot after receiving it 3 times, and after that experienced weight gain and irregular cycle, which is normal. My periods started to be mostly regular around May 2011, BUT every now and then there was a month where I was late or early. My last period was on February 9th.

On the day of my expected period on March 6th, I was lightly spotting (this happened before so it was no big deal). After that I started getting PMS symptoms, which made me believe my period was coming, except that it didn't. Again, all these symptoms were normal for me for about a week to 10 days before my period started, every month. It started with bloating, then moved to cramping, then backache.

I am now about 2 weeks late with my period. For the past three days it feels like I'm about to start bleeding any minute now. The only thing that happens though are brownish specks after I wipe. In all this time I also got a headache which was pretty strong. And I feel a stabbing pain in my right ovary area, which gets worse if i cough. Sometimes, only in the evening, I also feel a little bit of nausea. My breasts are not tender. I've been feeling cold (having chills).

I've been confused with all this so I took an ept pregnancy test last night and another one this morning. On both occasions the result was an extremely faint positive. I'm okay with being pregnant if that is the case. The thing is that most of the symptoms are there, the test is supposedly reliable, BUT I just don't 'feel' like I'm pregnant (if that makes any sense to you at all). My questions/concerns are:

- Could the blood in urine give me a false positive?
- Could all these symptoms be a sign of a cyst?
- Could my hormones still be out of whack more than 18 months after stopping Depo, and therefore give me a false positive?
- Could all these symptoms be implantation?

I decided to wait a couple of days, and then intend to take another test. Which brand do you think would give me the most accurate result? (After trying ept, I also read that this test often gives a false positive which makes the whole thing only more confusing.)

And of course, in case I am pregnant, what is my next step? I don't have my own ob/gyn, and I don't have insurance. How do I approach this whole thing? Do you know if doctor offices give any discounts to cash patients? Or do they offer 'all-included package discount price'? What do I ask for?
Please keep in mind that I do not qualify for government assistance. I live in Las Vegas area, so if you have anyone you can recommend here for blood testing and/or prenatal care, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Another concern is that I drank alcohol on several occasions in this past month. By that I mean either one beer with dinner, and about once a week up to 3 beers with dinner. If I am pregnant, could I have caused any damage this early in the pregnancy? I don't normally drink, so I'm extra nervous about this. I never smoked, never used drugs. I'm eating healthy, and I try limiting the consumption of processed foods.

I'm sorry about the long post, but I have never dealt with a pregnancy or all these issues before. I'm worried, anxious, scared, a little afraid to get excited, and well I'm just hoping that someone can help me a bit.

Thank you all very much!

Thank you so much for helping me with your answers!

This morning my stomach hurt like the worst period ever (the pain woke me up). Is this normal? Is it suppose to hurt this much?

I still intend to take another pregnancy test tomorrow or after tomorrow, then hopefully schedule an appointment with somebody to confirm the pregnancy and see if everything is okay.

I've been staying away from alcohol, and am not on any medication (except occasionally on Claritin D which I think is safe, and melatonin to help me sleep). Now of course I don't want to get in any trouble by eating/drinking anything 'wrong" until I see somebody about this.
Any tips that maybe aren't mentioned everywhere (like uncooked meats and seafood, for instance)?!

Thank you again, very much! I really appreciate your help, tips and input. Thanks!
