Pregnancy symptoms

Hi everyone :) I'm 19 yrs old and engaged. Last year I had irregular menstruation. But this year since january to may, I had period every 1st week which lasted for 5-6, last April 31, I had sexual contact with my fiance,til the 3 consecutive days. Then my period came like 4 days and not that heavy compared last few months. After my period we made love again and he cummed to me everytime we made it.

My concerns are, on the 2bd week of may I started having white discharge , as well as lower abdomen cramps, and lower back pain. On the third week of may, the cramps were gone. But I still feel very sleepy everytime I finish my meal.white discharge is still here, I'm salivating more, my boobs are both sore but the right side is sorer and quite bcome bigger than left. I also tends to burp often whether I'm full or not.
Yesterday, I went to doctor for blood test but they only had urine test which came out negative. Could they be wrong or is it too early to test for urine ? Please I need your answers. What could these feelings be ? I also feel bloated a bit.and even one of my friend ask me if I'm pregnant ? Cause she notice my hips widened a bit. I`ll greatly appreciate your answers so much.
