Pregnant? help!!

Okay so here it goes. We had sex and used a condom but I noticed there was a  good enough sized tear in it. Ever since My girlfriend has been experiencing some symptoms latley. Her periods are irregular as it is and her last period came akwardly late.her next period is due here within a week too. Latley shes been craving the most random foods, and shes been hungry for breakfast a lot. And thats not normal for her. Shes been a lot more gasey, shes been having headaches, stomach aches, she had what we thought was ovulation cramps but turns out her ovulation period ended 3 days before the cramps started. She said they werent heavy and didnt even hurt just was discomfort. Shes also been waking up even more tired then usual even after 8+ hours of sleep. Her nipples seem to have these bumps or pours showing and looks like to me they are darkening. Her breasts also have veins showing and ive never noticed them. She has said she felt nauseous when she stands up or trys to do something. And theres random moments she feels like shes going to throw up. She also has had a lot of achne showing up on her face and neck. And shes been starting to get itchey around her body. Which I heard could be a symptom.  Could she be pregnant?
