You can be pregnant and you may think that this is your menstrual but it could be the implantation phase were the egg is attaching to the uterus

It seems like you could be . It's best to wait til it's been 5 weeks after the first day of your last mentstrual period which is usually when you're a week late so your hCG levels are high & can be detected by a home pregnancy test. Good luck ! :)

Thanks.  Just talked with my husband and we will wait another week to take a test. Just to ensure that my menstrual period does/doesn't come this weekend. Xoxo. (Secretly excited)

The only way to know is to take a test.  Don't be afraid you'll be disappointed if it's negative just think on the bright side that there's also a possibility you might be pregnant since you missed your period in December. Good Luck
