<2.39 mIU/ml - six weeks after my last date of period - pregnant or not?

I am a 25 year old female - My last menstrual period was on 5th oct. I have missed my periods ever since. I did a bHcg test yesterday and the result was <2.39 mIU/ml.
I am not pregnant right?
Please answer soon! I am freaking out.
