Help I need answers phantom kicks while having my tubes tied

I am a 30 year old who has had my tubes tied for a little over 6years I was experiencing pain after intercourse for quite some time, up until a few months ago but for the past 4months or so I have been having irregular periods that consist of me being up to a week and a half late,and or me only spotting for the first 2days 3rd day heavy then last day it's just the left over bits not to include I have been feeling what I be live to be phantom kick every once in awhile . I have no other symptoms and have even taken a pregnancy test 2months ago that came out negative  I fell like I might be going a little crazy
