What are the chances that there are still alive sperm after you wiped your hands (with semen) off using tissue and then even put rubbing alcohol on it. Is it possible that there are still alive sperm including under the fingernails (assuming you have long fingernails)?
Are you concerned that you got someone pregnant from sperm on your hands? If so- that's not possible, you need to have vaginal sex in order for pregnancy to occur.

Yeah. I masturbated then fingered my girlfriend (I have some semen on my hands) then rubbed my thumb on her undies. Im scared that it’s possible to impregnate someone in that way and that there might be a sperm in her undies that could crawl up in her genitals.
You can absolutely get someone pregnant by inserting sperm into their vagina. However, it needs to be a decent amount of sperm and it would have to be wet still. When it dries, the sperm die. She can not get pregnant if the semen on your hand was dry. If it was wet, however, there is a chance she can get pregnant from that.
