What's happening?!?

I've recently had unprotected sex 2 days ago. The following day I took plan B (note the fact that I was a virgin, and he didn't *** inside me, but we're not quite sure if he pre-*** before or after he was in me). Now it's today and I'm experiencing very light brown discharge, and lower abdominal pain (but it's not severe, it's manageable). According to a period tracker app (Flo) it states I should start my period in 9 days. What should I do?

The spotting is normal after plan b and expect your cycle to be irregular for the next 2 to 3 months.  Plan B is a big dose of hormones and that messes with your body a bit.  But the big dose of hormones is how it works.  You took it at the appropriate time so should be good pregnancy wise but you will likely be irregular for a bit now.  Essential to use birth control and condoms though as you will not know when you next will ovulate due to the hormones making you irregular.  Totally agree that these should be taken sparingly as they do wreak a bit of havoc on the body.  The person who does that will become a hormonal mess eventually so is shooting herself in the foot for taking plan b often.  good luck

I've taken plan b once before and I got my period early. My one friend takes them like candy, WHICH I DON'T NOT RECOMEND AT ALL SHE IS DUMB AND DOESN'T CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO HER BODY,  she also always gets her period from taking them so I'm pretty sure that's normal.
