I had sex a day before my period and it seem regular but then I had sex on my sixth day and I stopped bleeding can I get pregnant

Well, you can get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex during your cycle but having sex on the last day of your period and your period stopping doesn't mean anything.  So, I'm not really understanding your question.  During your period is a less likely time to get pregnant.

I wondering if I could be pregnant  but been having short periods but I beem feeling sick because I have two boys but I never has this problem  before  so I asking  I had unprotected sex on my sixth day of my period  so I need to know should I wait until my next period to do a pregnancy test

You can probably test 2.5 week after the unprotected sex.  Let us know the outcome!
