Can I be pregnant if I take the pill so I don't have periods?

Hi,
I used to have irregular periods, so I started taking birth control pills without the placebo pill strip (doctor prescribed) in order to not have periods at all anymore. As far as I know that means I don't ovulate, which should make it very unlikely that I'd get pregnant. Recently my boyfriend and I were fooling around and the condom broke. Next thing I know I'm having sore areolas, nausea, fatigue, cramps and mood swings. I read that the best time to take a pregnancy test is a week after you don't have your period, but for me that's always. What are the odds that I'm pregnant and how do I find out, preferably without paying for a doctor visit?
