How silly am i!? Is this even possible?

Hi. I have a 10 month old dd. Me and her dad split when she was 6 months so i havent had sex since the start of dec. After she was born i had the implanon put in but had extensive bleeding for 5 weeks straight so had it taken out. They told me to start taking my pill again the next day so i did. The bleeding stopped and then i got my period but had bleeding for about three weeks. I had ultrasounds done but nothing was wrong so they put it down to re adjusting to the pill. I was having sex during and after all this time (except when bleeding). Ive woken up today and dead set have a 20+ week pregnant belly. Ive still been taking the pill everyday and my period has been lasting about three days but almost non existent. I dont even bleed enough to use a tampon. I have felt off for the last week or two. Now i think im just being paranoid. I know the thing to do would be take a test. I guess im just wondering if this is possible? Can taking the pill make me have a period if i was pregnant? What would my belly feel like to touch? I cant remember or compare to my last pregnancy.

I dunno. Take a test. Have you ever watched that "I didn't know I pregnant" Show? Way crazier things have happened. Btw, it wouldn't be you "period" But it is possible to bleed all the way threw a pregnancy.

I can't take birth control because apparently I'm allergic to something in it. Iv tried 12 diff kinds since I was 15 but most of them caused me to bleed for months, so maybe your body is just all knocked off balance with giving birth and switching birth controls and what not ... And your probably bloated.... If go to the doc just to make sure
