a good diet for pregnency woman

I need a help here...my pregnency almost 5week 4day..but my appetite are  lost...any ideas how can i gain a good    benefit from food??what food i should take??

Drink milk 2 times a day...n eat little quantity bt many times a day...

Eat lots of fruits like banana n apples..eat green vegetables more of spinach..eat iron n fibre rich things...
