Nothing to really be ashamed about. Just watch what you do, and be careful about it. Good luck, and don't worry.

I am very consistant, I take my pill at 9:00 every night; not a minute late. I am worried I am only 17 not ready for a child and I am to asshamed to turn to my parents... but thank you for your help..gave me a little hope.

Yes, but they have to be used perfectly. Even with perfect use, they do fail. It's not often, but for whatever reason they can. I wouldn't worry about it really. It's not likely you will be.

I am on the pill called tri-sprintec that is why I am not sure, because isn't the pill supposed to prevent pregancy?

It's possible, but highly doubtful and unlikely. In a technical term, you're not actually pregnant right now. If it were going to happen, it wouldn't for a few more days. You can wait to see if you get your next period as normal. Try not to stress, as it can mess your next one up. The odds that you are, are not high. To reduce chances though, you could also consider using condoms as well as birth control. This helps since no method is 100%.
