It really depends on how long your cycles are. Download a pregnancy app on your phone if you have a smartphone (i use ovuview on the android market) and you can start tracking your temperature every morning right when you wake up before doing ANYTHING!!!! It has to be the first thing before doing any sort of moving around. Also start tracking your cervical mucus. I know sounds gross but what you want to look for is an egg white consistency and that is when you want to be having sex. It is the best fluid for sperm to travel thru in order to get to the egg. Some people even go so far as to let an egg white sit out for an hour on the counter squirt it up you (I dont really know how... a turkey baster lol) and then have sex... But it works apparently.  Anyways also you can get the book called Taking Charge Of Your Fertility and its very informative. You can get it on amazon or ebay for a couple dollars. Thats my best suggestion for you. Normally you would start tracking temp when you start your period but since you just finished its fine to do now also. Message me if you have any questions though. :)

Everyone is different but basically if you have sex every second day from day 10 to day 18 of your cycle (day 1 is the first day of your period) then you'll have a good chance of conceiving.
You can test on or after the day of your missed period.
