Can u please clarify my doubt
Today is my period date but on 2nd march I observed light spotting,but today there is little bleeding with lower abdomen pain and backache.
Now do I have a chance of pregnancy?
I have breast swelling,weakness,dizziness,vomitings also.

Sounds to me like you are pregnant. If I were you I would start with a home pregnancy test and then follow up with a doctor's appointment. Don't keep stressing yourself out with wondering- go find out for sure. I wish you well. Take care.
