Well with my first pregnancy I knew as soon as a week after we had conceived. With all the nausea and my feet were really swollen. And really shaky all the time and felt like I couldn't breathe bc my heart would beat so fast. My doc said that was normal lol so idk. I feel the same way now. I feel really weak and my stomach is like a brick!

How long are your cycles usually? I'm wondering why you had sex the week before your period starts, a woman ovulates about 14 days after her period, about 2 weeks before your period starts, at this stage (if you were pregnant) since you're about a week from your period your egg would just be implanting, not quite long enough to get symptoms, so I wouldn't look too much into symptoms while ttc, but the light brownish bleeding may or may not have been implantation bleeding, although it's rare some women do get it, spotting mid cycle can also be from infection, irritated cervix, hormonal imbalance, etc. So make sure you test the day you're due if it doesn't show, good luck!!!!
