Ah... Well this doesn't work. You can't 'push' sperm out, they already start swimming up to find an egg. If you're really using this as your protection you will have a very rude awakening when you end of pregnant. I'm not too sure who you've heard this from or where you read it, but the source you heard it from needs more education in sex and reproduction.

While it is not common at all, some women DO ovulate early. Sperm survive for 7 days in the female body under perfection conditions. You need to be using protection at ALL times unless you want a child.

Key the push it out move is not a form of birth control because as soon as the sperm is inside of you and your fertile it can be swept up by fertile cervical mucus. It is possible that you are pregnant If you are not and not trying to conceive I would suggest getting on birth control good luck!

Your post is a little hard to decipher. I'm not clear on what a push move is, could you specify please? As for when you're fertile, women will rarely ovulate the day after or even week after their cycle ends unless you have extremely short cycles.
