is it possible that i could be pregnant after two missed periods?

Hi,so my last menstrual period was on the 6th of June 2017 and before that my LMP was on the 24th of March 2017 and i had 21 day cycles.My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive and when i missed the first month we were so sure that i am pregnant.A weeks after my missed period I bought a HPT and it came back negative.Then i thought to myself that maybe my hCg was low.I kept on having slight cramps,compared to my menstrual cramps they were nothing and i also had occasional back aches amd i was always hungry,the second month i didn't get my periods again but in the third month which is now i did get my menses,and now I'm not sure wether or not i could be pregnant or i actually missed my periods

Oh and now my nipples are a bit hard and painful..i hope to receive some light

It is definitely possible I highly recommend making an appointment with your Dr to take a blood pregnancy test if you do not have a primary doctor or Insurance call the free clinic in your area and see if they do free pregnancy testing
