No period,headaches,cramps,spotting,and my test was negative

I had the sam problem but my joy was crushed after the 6th negative hpt so i went to the doc and ended up with 2cists on my overies. So now i have a year before they will do any tests to see if their is something else stopping me from getting pregnant.wish me luck on ttc. I hope ur storie turns out better than mine. Give it two weeks and test again and if its still negative and no period go see ur doc cists mimmic pregnancy and the are painful once they ruptur.
Maybe the spotting was your period, sometimes they can be irregular & pms can mimic pregnancy symptoms. If your test came back negative, I would wait until next month, if u miss your period again take another test.
