Early pregnancy symptoms, like you described, are commonly confused with a period, your best bet is a blood pregnancy test, best of luck =)

If you are sure you are pregnant Its OK if you're spotting, but if it is heavy like a period you need to go get it checked out because it could mean you may have a miscarriage.

That happens to me too. I miss my period now I'm bleeding lightly some times with lots of clumps. The Dr's said my test were negative but I feel so pregnant.  I've had two this happened with both of my children.  Maybe five weeks is too soon. Any input would be appreciated.  Wanna have a baby soooo bad

Oh sorry read that wrong. What is the question? Are you worried about miscarriage? I would definitely go in if you're bleeding.

Those can all be symptoms of pms. Unless you had a positive test it's more than likely your period.
