How long your period lasts has no bearing on your ability to get pregnant. 2 days is short, but well within a "normal" range of length. It can vary anywhere from 2-7 days. As long as you're actually having a cycle, it is an encouraging sign. You can see a doctor to make sure you're ovulating, and if so then you just need to learn when you ovulate. Usually this is 14 days before your next cycle starts. Good luck.
