could i be pregnant ?

My period should begin tomorrow, i don't have any symptoms showing i may start. Just this morning my nipple started hurting really bad, for the past two weeks I've been cramping very mild but i can feel it and passions sometimes in my sides. I had sex, unprotected, during my fertile window three days from my ovulation date. If i ovulated later then what my tracker said, could i still be pregnant? I also just took a pregnancy test yesterday that came out negative. Is it to soon? When can i test?

i hear everyone is different, do you think that i would be similar to my moms pattern? And should i still take a test in case i have my period? Or how soon can i take one if i do miss it? I don't want to ask my mom these questions, she might get too excited for a false alarm.

Sometimes the hormone might not be high enough to be detected just yet. I got a positive 10 days after I ovulated and my Dr said that was rare lol. Just wait and see if your period starts and go from there. Pms symptomatic can also mimic pregnancy symptoms. So they're not a reliable way to determine pregnancy. If your period doesn't start wait a day or two and test again using first morning urine. And the positive I got was on a Dollar Store test...I'm just mentioning that for those that think they don't work:)
