My doctor said that a sign you could be pregnant on mirena is not finding the strings, when I got mine out 2 years ago she thought that was the case but it had partially imbedded. I wasn't pregnant. Had it for 3 years and I'm so glad I didn't leave it in longer.

I was on Mirena as well and had about 2 pregnancy scares over the course of 3 years. My symptoms were very much like yours and I went an got pregnancy test and both times were negative. Mirena releases hormones and tricks your body into being pregnant so it's normal to get pregnancy symptoms. My doctor said that sometimes it releases more hormones than other times so you may feel more symptoms. Take a test just to be sure though the Mirena won't change the outcome of the test since there's no hcg that the mirena releases. Good luck hun.
