What are you doing to get your much needed calcium? Ever since I've had my 1st son my tolerance for dairy has decreased. 10 years later, 3 miscarriages later, I'm trying everything I can to stay healthy & pregnant. During my miscarriage pregnancies the OB said I could eat Tums, but Bleh that gets old & just the thought of trying to choke down those things makes my stomach turn. Any tricks y'all have for calcium intake?
