Upper thigh pain??

I have been gaving upper thigh pain in my right leg, ehich makes it hard to walk. Anybody else been experiencing this? If do, do you have any suggestions for relief? Thanks

I had this pretty badly. Just try some panadol  (or if you're not Australian I'm not sure what the safe alternative is) it's a pain relief med. And I fell asleep on my non sore side with a cushion between my legs and I felt better when I woke up. This helped everytime I've had it.
