Is it bad to pop your back while 20 weeks pregnant ?
I pop mine almost everyday and this is baby number 4. The only problems that I have ever had from it is that it was hard for the epidural to go in cuz I made the cartlidge super tough from popping it.
I looked into it and apparently it's not dangerous but you can never be 100% sure so to see a chiropractor
I need to pop it but im scared it can hurt the baby
good question cuz I pop my back as well
