I either gagged or threw mine up. So,my doctor told me to take gummy prenatals. Such a big change and so easy to take.

My prenatals made me vomit so maybe switch to the gummy ones they are a little more expensive but worth it

They have gummy prenatal vitamins. I have issues taking pills. I've been so nauseous and I was nervous about taking them since everyone I know has told me that they'll make you throw up. I told my doctor and he never really pushed the fact that I was not taking them. I have been drinking a lot of orange juice which he was fine with. There are studies that do show that you don't necessarily have to take prenatals.

My prenatal vitamin made me be sick every time in first preg n so I stopped it as it was having negative effect taking food out with it lol. Baby was fine but they did think he had spinal bif when born which scared the life outa me. Lucky he was just a hairy baby n it all fell off. This pregnancy I'm taking no risks as that would have changed my life. So now I take it before bed after a cheese n cracker snack and sleep before I can be sick baby number two doing fine xx

I take a parental and its big and makes me gag - I hate it but I choose to take it for my baby. I live In Japan and the doctors do not recommend taking any prenatal vitamin - they beleive you should get all your nutrience from Foods. So different cultures beleive different things. In the western world we are taught we NEED prenatals, but if you can only stomach half then I'm sure you and your baby will be fine

I don't you'll lose the baby by not taking them. If you take half the dose, take the other half later in the day. You can try a different prenatal vitamin as well. Some women have to try a bunch to find one that doesn't make them sick.

Just also make sure you have lots of healthy foods in your diet. Can be hard, I know since I'm picky as heck now... Used to eat just about anything without complaints but can't now haha
