Morning Sickness

Today I had the ultrasound and I am 7 weeks 5 days. Does anyone have any tips  On how to survive this (hopefully) last month of morning sickness?? I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks because I can't keep anything down. Help me :(

It's tough for sure. Sea bands help. Although it aggravated a wrist issue I had so I'm not wearing them.

I can't eat much either. Just couldn't eat anything last night. Sigh, we'll get through this and put weight on later :)

Zofran. I lost ten pounds last week from puking so much. Seriously the only thing that is easing the agony is zofran dissolvable tablets

I'm ten weeks and I've been the same way since a couple days into my eighth week. I lost just a little under twenty pounds between my seventh and ninth week. I couldn't  keep ANYTHING down, not even water. Nothing helps completely but I did find a few things that got me from throwing up eight or nine times a day to once or twice and helped me stop losing weight, I actually have gained three pounds in the last week. Have your doctor send you Zofran or its generic substitute promethazine, and take it every morning with your prenatal. Also stock up on sprite and saltines, keep them by your bed and first thing in the morning nibble on as many crackers as you feel necessary and drink some sprite before you get out of bed, it gives you a much better start to your day.

Thanks for the tips! I'm going to try. It's literally so bad. I've lost all desire for food. I get cravings, eat 2 bites, and get so nauseous I have to physically lay down. I need something, I'm just nervous with taking medication while I'm pregnant. Even if its OK.
