Nausea, upset tummy, diarrhea, cramps, and back pain

I'm going on my 35 weeks being pregnant, I was sleeping and nausea woke me up, then the cramps came and tummy aches. I had diarrhea 4 trips to the bathroom. Stomach hasn't stopped aching and nausea doesn't completing go away.
Cramps come and go, when they happen it's only in the lower part of my belly, (I know it's not contractions.)
Anyone else go through this? Been reading woman have all this rethought before they go into labor..
