How is everyone's symptoms?

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year!
I will be 10 weeks coming up in two days and I am noticing for about a week my symtoms having been fading or going in and out.  I have even been staying awake until about 11pm, boobs hurt a little less, and I don't feel sick everyday.  I know I am approaching the 12 week mark soon.  Is this why I am feeling better?  How is everyone else around 9-11 weeks doing?  I know I should be enjoying feeling better, but I can't help but worry!

I am only 9 weeks & this week I have noticed my appetite has picked up.  I can see my bump starting to poke out, this is my 5th preg.  I am expecting it to really start to be noticeable within the next couple of weeks.  Right now I just look like I have a gut with my clothes on.  :)

Devo55,
It has been the same for me 11 weeks tomorrow and ever since a few days ago I cannot stop eating.  I think it's because we are at a time that the baby is going to start growing a lot, and we are feeling a little better.  Also, I have been sleeping about 14 hours per night.  I am trying to go on longer walks to offset some of the eating, but I can't stop.  I also am not over weight and have only gained a couple pounds, but not for long haha.  I ate almost a whole loaf of fresh sour dough bread today I think... just kept going back for more!  :)

Symptom update!

I'll be 11 wks tomorrow, and this week I have a new symptom of crazy hunger! I think I've had a second breakfast just about every day, plus a full-sized lunch and dinner! It's WAY better than feeling sick, but I can't help but worry a bit about overeating if this goes on for too long... I've poked around on line and see that this is normal, but just thought I'd share.

I really like food (and breakfast is my favorite meal!), I'm not overweight, and I hadn't gained more than a pound or two since I got pregnant (before this week, anyway!), so I'm just trying to enjoy it for now. :) It's nice to get to report on a sortof fun symptom of pregnancy because most of them aren't all that great.

Hi Ladies-  I will be 11 weeks on Sat, and I was feeling pretty good between week 9-10, but all of a sudden since this weekend the sickness has been back worse than ever.  I don't know whats going on with that.  Yesterday at work I was literally running down the hallway to make it to the bathroom in time.  I have noticed that my boobs are huge, but they do hurt less than the previous weeks.  How's everyones bumps looking?  I can see min, but with clothes on I just look fat.

Good Luck with the U/S Heather!

Ooh I'm so jealous that you are having your US, lol.  I can't wait to see my little bean but it will probably another 2 to 3 weeks before I get the chance.  Yeah mine still hurt when I poke them, lol, I think that's down to the fact that i'm not wearing the right size bras though :-/

Mimosagirl- I had little patiance before I got pregnant..haha.  I am a very nice person, but I really do lack patiance.  It has gotten much worse since I got pregnant as well.  I am all about the good energy!  It annoyed me around the holidays when people were drinking a lot, being annoying, and I just wanted to either go home or kick them out LOL
Bernie- I woke up this morning and my boobs hardly hurt at all unless I poke them a little (just checking if they were still tender LOL).  I am extremley tired today and starving.  My hunger is unsatisfiable.  I have an ultrasound tomorrow I can't wait to see how things are going.  Hope everything is OK!  I am nervous.

Hey me to, lol.  I'm coming up 10 weeks and my sickness and boob ache has really reduced.  I also tend to still feel sicky when I haven't eaten - at least that's easily remedied.  Boobs are enormous but only hurt when I take my bra off so going to invest in some maternity sleep bras once the snow stops!

As for constipation, grrrrr, yep I've got that, i'm seeing my midwife for the first time on Monday so I'm hoping I can get a prescription for some lactulose or at least be told what I can buy to help ease things because I'm fed up of the tummy ache that goes with it :(

I'm with you girls too on the empty stomach, that is a not great feeling, even a glass of chocolate milk or yogurt seems to help, or cereal.
I'm moody too- sometimes happier than normal and then often also impatient, much more than normal.  My partner and I are apart for two weeks so we'll see if I get irritable with him!
Also something weird is that I only feel like being around people who's company I really enjoy, and I seem to have a low tolerance now for people that are obnoxious or annoying in some way, or that I just don't click with.  It seems kind of spiritual actually, just wanting the good energy!

Peterjl and mrspookie, keep feeling better!

OK I feel less worried now I hear that everyone is feeling a little bit better.  Mine too seem to come and go!  I agree with Mimosagirl I want to keep the boobs haha.  They don't hurt too bad anymore and they are huge.  I wake up a lot to pee as well, but I have a sensitive bladder (always got bladder infections) so that is not new to me.
Devo I am with you on the empty stomach.  That is about the only time I feel sick anymore.  The ginger ale and crackers does seem to help.
Increased appetite is there as well I am craving burritos so bad with the hottest sauce I can find.
Peterjl and MrsPookie hope you two feel better soon.  :)
Thanks for your responses ladies and let me know how your next ultrasounds go.

I'm just past 10 wks now, and I don't feel sick anymore, either - which is great! If my stomach gets empty, I still feel a bit ill and am desperate for food in a way that is really interesting. My narcolepsy appears to be less severe, too. (I was regularly falling asleep in my chair over Christmastime!) And I've had the incredibly annoying symptom of constipation. I'm now taking fiber pills and eating prunes every day, and this helps a lot, but that part of my existence is still not normal! :( Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Girls, Happy New Year too!

It's comforting to hear how everyone is doing.

I'm almost 10 weeks and will have the first U/S this week on Friday, which is exciting.
My symptoms have decreased some, like those little hormonal headaches.  My breasts are sore again, but for a few weeks they seemed to be less so. They are definitely heavier or bigger, I already want to keep them, Lol!  Also I have had some lower back or even the back of my pelvis pain/soreness. Sometimes I bend over and it hurts alot and is stiff, and then an hour later it's fine.  Any ideas what that's about?

In the beginning (weeks 4-6 or 7) I was waking up alot to go to the bathroom, and also just waking up at night for like 2 hours.  Luckily the waking up for long periods has gone away, even though I still go to the bathroom 2-3 times per night.  It seems like every week is a little different and things come and go.  Oh and I haven't thrown up yet, but this week have been the most "gaggy" of all the weeks I think.  I'm keeping with the ginger ale and lemon ginger tea.

talk soon!

I'll be 10 weeks Thursday and I still feel pretty nauseous and gaggy throughout the day.  My boobs are somewhat sore but really I wear a bra 24/7 so I only notice it when I take a shower.  Standing under warm water really relieves the soreness.  I've also had some back pain a little like pin needles sticking but it isn't painful just annoying.  I've been a night owl myself but find myself still sleeping for like 9 hours + ...  I'm getting really annoyed b/c I have still been having the brown discharge/brown bleeding for about a week and a half.  It's not a ton but enough to where I think why is this still happening.  I'm not sure if it's still my body ridding of the vanishing twin's sac and all that but it is definitely brown.  I gave a call to my docs office today so maybe they'll tell me what I need to do.  I try not to worry so I just notice it and take a mental note.

I was feeling really good until about 7 wks- I was worried something was wrong!  I'm 9 wks 3days now and feel like throwing up all day long lately.  My boobs hurt less which is good- I think everyone is different- previous preg. for me usually I feel worse in the late 1st trimester and early 2nd.  It's so hard not to worry though- the baby is so small yet.
