Is it normal to worry so much during pregnancy and this is my first! I worry about how much the baby moves to how much weight i gain. Just little stuff. I just need someone to tell me to relax lol

I am always worrying.. I wish I can be like other women who don seem to worry but I cant. I worry if baby doesnt move much, I worry if my stomach doesnt seem to be bigger, or I worry if I see my pounds pile up and I worry if I have a cuppa cofee. So I pray and pray and pray to remind myself to keep the faith and that the baby will be healthy and normal and I deliver the baby safely :O) But that said,so its natural to worry!

i worried just like you
well when you go apply for WIC they will tell you
during your whole pregnancy your supposed to gain 35-40 pounds
eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water take your prenantal vitamins and stay away from egg yolk and red meats and fish with high mercury..rest and elevate your feet so the blood will go straight to your uterus. GOOD LUCK!! AND CONGRATS!!

I think it's perfectly normal, especially with your first baby. But, worrying really doesn't help so try to relax.
