Congrats! I am sure by the time you have your little bundle of joy you will be tired of going to your doctors...lol.

I found most of my visits in my other pregnancies were the same. Blood pressure, urine test, weight and when they are able to, listen for the babys heart beat.

The first one If I remember is a lot of talking too. A bit of family history to see if they need to do any other kind of testing when you are further along. Plus give you possibly dates of when you can expect your bundle of joy to make his/her presence

Wishing you all the best !!.

First of all, congrats!

How far along are you? Depending on that, you may or may not have a transvaginal ultrasound. You also will probably be given a urine test to confirm the pregnancy and then may or may not have a blood test to measure your hcg and progesterone levels. I think the first appointment varies alot depending on the doctor and your history.
