is anyone else very uncomfortable??

hi all :)
i am 6w4d and feeling very uncomfortable in my abdominal area/ groin area. not cramping, but just feels like more of a pinching pain and pulling pain. i do not remember having this with my daughter but then again i pretty much slept all the time for the first trimester with her.
also having very dull lower back pain once in a while more focused on the sides of my back than the middle of it..

im also feeling very hungry... like the bottomless pit lol. anyone gmhace cravings yet?

Oh yeah! I feel funny when I lay down, like everything shifting.  I'm 6w1d! It's kinda a pulling feeling or a dull pressure right?

I'm 10+1 and I've been crampy since about 4 weeks. I've found that the only thing that helps my nausea is to eat, all the time lol. I've had some weird cravings, a few days ago it was blueberry muffins with fried chicken in them like a sandwich, but since yesterday it's been soft pretzels with nacho cheese

Im 9w today and I've been super hungry all the time! My dr told me its normal but that I've got to stick to healthier foods, not so many carbs either because i can end up with tons of stretch marks!
