Pelvic pain

Hi this is my 1st pregnancy and im having alot of pelvic pain its 6 am right now and im laying in bed cant sleep can anyone help me im only 22 weekd

I've got a lot of pressure to, doctor said baby is either sitting low or stretched out. It's worse when I stand for a while. I'm 24 weeks.

I got a lot of pressure in the pelvis on all my pregnancies. If its really painful its best to speak to your dr to make sure everything is ok. I'm 22wks too but with my 4th
