quitting smoking at 6 weeks

I've only just found out that I'm pregnant at 6 weeks, ive smoked for the last 3 years I've read on some websites that you can either cut down or give up is it safe just to cut down?

Good job, maybe you'll be able to quit :) I quit 8 months ago after 9 years of smoking, so you can do it :) there's an app called cessation nation that helped me a lot.

That's what I'm trying to do, I've managed all day today without one, and thankyou for the advive :)

Do the best you can for baby, if you can only manage to cut down then do that. My doctor actually recommends the e-cigs to our smoking mamas, and that they at least cut down by half if they can't quit.
