Hi dear,
I am also 7 weeks  and 3 days now :-)
Yesterday I just ate a piece of chicken forcefully all day. But at night b4 going 2 bed I drank  a glass of hot milk.

It's v normal, as our body dont need much calories in the first trimester, just try n  eat fruits and dry fruits. I am also intaking Folic acid 500mg(blackmorre).
Just relax n try out drinking shakes, i find them more easy to throw in my tummy :-)
Happy to know that I am normal :-)
Stay in touch ,

Im 10 weeks and 4 days and im constantly sick. I throw up every night in the middle of the night and every morning. But yes eating does help but the antinausea meds they put me on dont help at all and ginger makes me sicker! But its all normal unfortunantly. Good luck to all!

I'm 7 wks 2 days and am in the exact same boat and from the advice of some really smart ladies on here I find that I had to force myself to snack constantly when I was not eating the nausea was debilitating once I have food in my stomach the feeling was tolerable.  I also make sure that before I get out of bed in the morning I eat crackers.  I know the last thing u want to do when ur feeling nauseous is eat but an empty stomach makes u feel so much worse

mint can help settle your stomach as well. I'm able to eat, but feeling sick most of the day. Sometimes not eating can make it worse. crackers, bread, dry food helps, along with protein.

7wk+4. Same. I can only eat small amounts which eases the nausea for bit. Iv Ben told nibbling on a digestive biscuit can help the sickness. I have travel sickness bands which help a bit. I was put on some antipsychotic tablets which really helps the sickness, but I wouldn't recommend jumping on that one as I only got them due to mh. Lol

Same I'm 7 weeks 3 days and very very nauseous. I havent thrown up at all but still feel soo sick. I can't eat during the day but at night I can usually get a small dinner down. I read sucking on hard candy is supposed to help. Idk all the facts. I tried it at lunch time andwas able to eat half a muffin. Hope this helps

Hey there, im 7 weeks three days today, I am feeling the exact same way.. knowing my body needs food but I cant bring myself to eat :( its a horrible feeling being nauseous. I just try to keep my fluids up by drinking water. If you have been eating soup thats great! Opt for something that is full of vegetable so you get plenty of vitamins and minerals to keep you going. As Sami said you dont need any extra calories in thw first trimester so as long as you are eating enough soup to sustain yourself everything will be fine :) the nausea should subside by the second trimester, which is when you need the extra calories, so I hope foe your sake this feeling aleviates! Congratulations as well!

You usually feel more sick while carrying boys, so you may be having a boy. Also you have more morning sickness in the first trimester. Try eating small meals often. Crakers are good and the vitamins will be helpful in getting what the baby needs. Remember baby gets first then Mom. So make sure you eat.
