Oooh will give that a go too anything to feel normal just whilst in work and getting ready for Christmas so much to do and don't know about you I just can't get motivated haha

Oh... Hope u get better soon.. I also have one more remedy... Infuse a spoonful of cumin seeds in boiling water and keep sipping it throughout the day... It worked for me.. :) and the sensitivity to smell can't be helped much as it comes wih the package, but v can stop ourselves from throwing up... :-)

Ooooh will stock up on them it's so weird isn't it I can't stomach anything spicy or onions which I usually eat lots off so bland food is all I can have at the min my little 3 year old loves smelly food so have to hold my breath when preparing hers haha :)

I kept throwing up last week too... But this week is so much better (touch wood).. And the smell of oranges seem to reduce the nausea....

Water is all I can stomach at the min so plenty of that, will try get oranges down me thanks Rithi147 so hard when some foods literally make me foam at the mouth haha roll on when I can finally tell everyone :)

Alison... Drink a lot of water and have oranges too... I am sure your skin would start glowing in no time.

I'm 4th Aug too and feel crap, my skin, hair is awful but this is my second baby and I was the same with my lil girl so guessing maybe having a girl but just hope he/she is healthy :)
