My water did not break with my first and second. I went into labor and when I was fully dilated, one of the midwives broke it when the baby was coming. I was not induced for any of them.

I lost some of my mucus plug on thursday.  I read it could be weeks after losing it that you go into labor

I didn't get induced either.
My water broke too, went in and got admitted. Contractions started the moment my water broke. Active labor began 4 hours later and my baby was born 9 hours after that.

Haha all I did was have a big contraction, sit up out of my bed, and poof, my water broke. I'm hoping my water will break early this time, but it seems like it'll just happen on its own whenever the baby is ready

I went into labor on my own with my first.  Second one I got induced bc of gestational diabetes. I am 37 weeks 4 days today and will be induced in 13 days for convenience reasons
