It pretty much depends on the technician, with my first the tech told me at my 12 weeks us that it looked like I was having a girl but he said he might be wrong too. I had the confirmation at a 16weeks us my fiance paid for for a gender reveal and Yes it was a girl. I had a double confirmation at my anatomy scan at 20 weeks as well.
You can knw the sex of your child for sure starting from 16 weeks but most doc wont get you an us before 19 to 22 weeks (anatomy scan)
