actually you should be 15 weeks, and remember ultra sounds arent always accurate, so dont worry about it, when I was 28 weeks the doctor said that it seems like I am 21 weeks pregnant, and I was so scared, but yesterday (at 33 weeks) she told me that the baby's size is perfect, it isnt small and not big, so dont worry about it and hopefully next time it would show that there is nothing wrong with your baby.
I am going through something similar myself right now and am trying to find some answers ( and stories that don't end in doom & gloom) . At my 19week ultrasound the baby was only measuring 16weeks & 5days. The doctors said that we have to come back in 2weeks for another ultrasound so that they compare the growth rate to the previous ultrasound. All of my blood work and amnio came back normal so my doctors are thinking that there might be something wrong with my placenta???? My appointment is tomorrow and we should have a few more answers from the doctors then. I'll try and pass on whatever information I can to you.
I can't really help you other than maybe it's a small baby.....I';m measuring one week behind as well and I'm sure of my LMP also as we were trying to conceive....March 7. Which puts me at 37 weeks, 4 days but they are telling me that I'm 36 weeks......I think that they base it more on size than by your LMP.
I would certainly call and at least talk to a nurse at your office and see what his/her thoughts are on it.......
