2nd, 3rd, 4th time mommies......

I'm going to be a first time mommy come early December and while I'm having a blast shopping and registering for my baby girl, at times I wonder to myself if she (or I for that matter) really needs it.   So to all those mommies who already have kids or even first time mommies who have gotten advice from others, what would you say is a must have and what could you have done without?

Another question: I understand that all babies are different and I probably should wait until she gets here to see what works best for her, but how did you decide on what diapers to use?  What's the difference between all the options that are available?

Thanks in advance and I hope everyone is doing good!!  :)

With my son he used everything we had, the crib, swing, bouncer, socks, bibs, burp cloths, pacies and we did best with pampers but they still leaked occasionally.  Good luck!

baby 2 is on the way in December. With my son everyone gave me clothes and diapers. I always used the cheap ones. My son did not use his crib or his swing. The vibrate bouncer helped. He never used a pacifier, like kmchenry254 said, his sock always disappear and his shoes also. I not sure if I was helpful. But this time around I purchase less clothes because they grow out of it fast. Everything I am getting is fragrance free because after my son used the johnson&johnson he develop a bad case of eczema. Gentle natural and aveeno became our best friend.

im pregnant with baby boy #2 and well when i was pregnant with him i went crazy spending money on all kinds of stuff
one thing my son NEVER used was his crib...i guess he was just to spoilt
so this time around im not gonna get one...i dont think but i seen one i really like so who knows lol
umm....his swing was a life saver! he loved it ...
bibs..rarely were used
when he was smaller i always had a cup-towl near by
and when he got older to feed himself he would throw a fit if he had one on
get plenty pairs of socks those things disappear as if they grow legs and walk off
along with pacifiers depending if your child will take one
my son only used a pacifier i wanna say about 4 months and after that he didnt want nothing to do with them
but the time he did use them they were also constantly disappearing
diapers i hated Luvs they always managed to leak one way or another
i mainly used Pampers Brand
until he got older and learned how to take them off
then we went to the cheaper store brands lol

thats all i can really think of right now hope it helped though
also congrats on the lil one !!!!
