I'm 11 weeks and rarely feel hungry enough to eat. I've lost 8 pounds. Just make sure you're taking your prenatal and eating some sort of protien. :)
My midwife says we should be eating 80 grams of protein a day. If you are losing weight I worry you are not getting enough protein and your baby is feeding off your muscles and organs. Even though we feel like crap, we kind of have to force things down for the health of ourselves and our baby! Try protein shakes with bananas and blueberries to supplement large amounts of protein :)
