Belly Buddies Match Up.

I tried to match those who wanted to participate with someone on the opposite side of the month of a due date.

Feel free to exchange emails, numbers, etc, whatever you feel comfortable so that the other person can update when you give birth!!!

I would really love to do this, but don't know that it would be fair to my buddy. With everything that I have going on right now, I'm not sure that I would really be able to devote the time. :(

OKay, for whoever hasnt PM'd me yet and would like to particpate, let me know. That way I can keep track and in a week or so, I will send private messages letting everyone know who their buddy is! Sound good?

I think it would be nice if we paired up with people located near each other, but since there aren't too many of us, it might make it a little difficult but maybe worth a shot.

If you want, since i keep track of all the due dates, I could ask that you each individually PM me if you would like to participate. I will then look at due dates and set us up in pairs? How about we say PM me by November 5th if you want to participate?

Oh, that sounds cool--so how do you determine who you will team up with? I understand the choosing someone with a different due date than yourself, but do you team up with a person based on something like a random drawing, or do you choose a buddy on your own?

A belly buddy is someone you build a partnership with throughout this journey.  You support each other beyond the message boards.  It was suggested that belly buddies have different due dates as your buddy would also be there to keep all on the boards updated when you go into labor.
The method of communication with you and your buddy could be limited to messages on the site or you all can exchange email, phone numbers, etc.  You simply began to build a friendship.  It's kind of like pen pals.

some buddies who lived near each other can have  a 'playdate' with their brand new LOs.
