Birthing classes

Is anyone esle signed up for birthing classes?  If so, what one(s) did you decide to take?  We're taking the basic 4 week birthing class at the hospital and the Baby Care class and also the Baby Emergency class.  Our classes start Dec 10.  It seems too early, but they end on Jan 14 when I'm 34 weeks!  I can't believe we're in the home stretch!

I actually just finished ours....I know a little early but I didn't want to do it through the holidays and I wanted to make sure I felt well enough to attend.  We did the four week class through the hospital that was sorta all-inclusive and it was great.  It was just about natural birth either....they talked about the process of labor and delivery and spoke about how our hospital does things so you know what to expect (this is what I liked best).  We got a tour of the hospital and got all our pre-admittance paperwork done.  We also watched a c-section and was told about that process and then also did some different breathing techniques.  There was also a newborn care section.  I enjoyed the class more than I thought, as well as my SO.

We did them at the hospital when I was p/g with DS...I don't think we are going again - It's kinda like we've been there done that lol. Plus we don't have a sitter close by to watch DS while we go. I know how ya feel about the home stretch. I was at work last night and a client asked what trimester I was in. I had to stop and think and was like my goodness, I'm in my 3rd this week!!!! Crazy!!!
