Thats good that he didnt seen concerned. And the fact that you are still closed is good too!
Sorry you failed your glucose test... the 3 hour S U C K S! I had GD with my last pregnancy. Praying it comes back negative for you (lots of women fail the 1 hour and pass the 3), but if not I promise its not as bad as you think... and I have some really good low carb recipes that I can share with you if need be. (((HUGS)))

Could mean that there has been some "progression", softening of the cervix usually happens before effacing and dialation. Did (s)he say if (s)he thought you had effaced at all?? I know that my Dr. told me at one point (after a stay in the hospital for possible PTL) that she thought I had softened some, but wasn't concerned because my cervix was still long and closed. Are they watching you more closely now? I go in to be checked every week and have u/s every 4 weeks to check the length of my cervix (but then again I have had PTL with all my pg's, I also have had a cerclage with DS and this pg and DD was born at 30 weeks).
If you are concerned I would put a call into your Dr. during the next business hours and ask them to explain what they meant and what it means.
Good Luck hun and keep us posted!
