Anyone else addicted to cigarrettes? I know it's nothing to be proud of but I can't quit smoking from one day to the other.. If I don't have one a day I will go crazy... Does anyone else have a similar problem?

I used to smoke, then I switched to E-cigs about a year ago. I found out I was pregnant a week ago and just handed my ecig to my bf told him to do with it what he saw fit. He either hid it or threw it away. Either way I'm glad he did. I've been a total ***** since then but I'll get over it. Being pregnant is an excellent excuse to finally quit smoking for good. You'll be glad you did. Trust me.

I was also smoking.. Like you said nothing to be proud of... I must say as soon as i found out i was pregnant, i stopped, after trying for long with patches and pills... I think you should have a bit more faith in yourself you will ne able to do it...
