Gaining weight and loss of appetite.

I'm  a new mom. I'm 20 years old and almost 15 weeks pregnant. I weighed 127 pounds before I was pregnant and now I currently weigh between 125 and 126. I used to work out often and had a significant amount of muscle. But ever since I got pregnant, and even in my second trimester, I still haven't been able to put on any weight. I get hungry often but when it comes to actually eating, I get full easily and eventually throw it up later. I'm scared that I won't be able to put on any weight because of my lack of appetite. I also think that I'm losing a significant amount of muscle because of this. My mom said she lost weight when she was pregnant with me and didn't show until her last few months. Could it just be hereditary ?

I did the same thing. I concluded it was loss of muscle from changing my workouts.

You don't have to put on any weight during pregnancy.
Most of the weight you gain includes amniotic fluid, baby, growing breasts, etc.
All of that at 40wks generally weighs 15-20lbs

I'm the same way. This is my second pregnancy

I'm 15wks. Started off pregnancy at 128lbs, currently down to 121lbs because of nausea and loss of appetite.
Just take your prenatals and you'll be fine.
