Breastfeeding and bottles

I plan on breastfeeding but should I already have bottles bought before baby comes or should I just wait

Yes, I would grab a few. It's better to have them and not need them, and just like AnnieBrooke said it will be good for your milk over flow. You really want to wait until after 6-8 to introduce them a bottle if you are breastfeeding. Due to establish good routine and they will get lazy with a bottle because they aren't working as hard to get their supply. My first I was planning to breast feed, but she  ended up with jaundice really bad right after she was born. We had to force feed her because she lost to much weight, and also to get her system to flush. She got lazy with the bottle and felt it was to much work for the breast. I tried solely pumping, but it wasn't enough. Babies have a stronger suction to force the milk then a pump.

I bought a few, in case I would pump and need to have someone else feed the baby.
